Processing Time

Each piece from FORMS by sb is handmade and packed by me with care.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. During busy periods, launches, or markets, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Packaging

Ceramics are fragile and I pack each order carefully using protective materials to make sure it arrives safely.

That said, shipping carriers can sometimes be chaotic. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is unfortunately out of my control. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
